Tankless water heater vs. traditional tank — which is better?
Tankless: endless hot water, energy savings, compact size, and long life (often 20+ years). Traditional tank: lower upfront cost and simpler installation. We'll recommend what's best for your household's hot water needs.

How do I buy out my rental water heater?
If you're renting your water heater, you can buy it out and stop paying monthly rental fees. The buyout price depends on the unit type (conventional vent, power vent, tankless, or electric) and its age.
